The pastel stage

I go through phases (fazes?) for colours and styles and stuff, and right now I'm at the Calming Pastels and Soothing Neutrals stage. I spend most of my time in the underworld (school) being bored and angry, so I need some constant, natural, un-intrusive colours to calm me down and keep me from spazzing out in class. If I had my own house and I were the size of a doll, this would be it.

Also, I'm painting my bedroom. Mehehehehe.

I'll just give you this to remind you that it's still winter.

don't be afraid of the dark

Long weekend! I hate school, so this is good.
As a celebration of our temporary freedom, my friends and I had a sleepover. And at some point, we discovered a flashlight...

black and white with flashlights

After weeks of experimentation and frustration, I finally figured out how to set my camera on black and white. It wasn't as hard as I'd thought.
Apparently this is destined to be more of a photography blog than anything.

my dad's nightstand is a little too wicked for you

I had a lot of black and white photos of my house, but they reminded me of Amityville horror and crime scene photography and I've trying to forget Amityville horror for weeks. Also, my school thought it might be fun to take children to a morgue, so crime scene photography isn't quite so cool anymore.

I like film

So clearly I'm not very good about posting stuff, but we just took the FILM camera to London Drugs to get the FILM developed, and I actually got to take pictures with it, see?

I didn't get to bed until three a.m, so I'm not really gonna bother writing anything. If I try, I'll just end up sounding dumb. However; Next up, Sophia and I explore the realm of fashion photography with the help of a couple desk lamps and a dress up box. Don't miss it.
